Cruise ships that arrive at either the Steamship Terminal or the Cruiseship Terminal will pick up and drop off their rentals at the Peratrovich parking lot (Just past main parking garage).

Cruise ships that arrive at the Franklin Terminal will have a dock representative waiting for them just off of the dock. Please keep an eye out for our representative. They will be holding a sign with our logo!

Cruise ships that arrive at all other terminals will pick up and drop off their rentals in front of the Goldbelt Tram building. Please look for our dock representative. They will be holding a large sign with our logo on it.

Pick up: One hour after arrival

Drop off: One hour before ships departure or no later than 8pm.
